Honestly, we do not like rain. Yeah, it is wet and messy. Problems at night become even worse. For example, visibility is often near zero. That makes driving a lot harder than it already is. Actually, we do feel bad for taxi drivers as this is their own career. In fact, a lot of people call a cab when it rains.
