massive pay gap

Schools have a massive pay gap.  They pay men more. Let us face facts as most teachers are women. However, principals tend to be men. I still remember a principal telling me that it was not fair that he was only making $120,000 per year. Oh wow, it seems that the football coach was making more money. Well folks, here we are. Coaches are paid more. What is important is not learning as that is for disgusting nerds, but winning games. Please do tell me where we went wrong.
